Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Prodeverse ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Prodeverse is a free social prediction game for international football tournaments. The Service lets you submit predictions, compete on leaderboards, join private groups, and earn non-monetary in-app rewards.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA / UK). You are responsible for activity on your account. Guest sessions are tied to a single browser and may be lost when storage is cleared.

4. Acceptable Use

• No automated or bulk prediction submission.
• No impersonation, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
• No attempt to manipulate scoring, badges, or leaderboards.
• No use of the Service for real-money wagering or sweepstakes.

5. No Gambling

Prodeverse does not accept deposits, wagers, or any monetary stakes. In-app rewards including the simulated currency "$PD Coin" and Soulbound Token ("SBT") badges have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or other cryptocurrency.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., group names, display name). By submitting it you grant Prodeverse a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it as part of the Service.

7. Third-Party Data & Trademarks

Match data is sourced from third-party providers. Prodeverse does not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or any official relationship with any sports federation, tournament organizer, team, player, or club.

Players' club affiliations at the time of national-team registration are shown for factual career reference only. All club names, crests, and trademarks belong to their respective rightful owners. These references are limited to the tournament window (through July 19, 2026) and will be removed thereafter. Takedown requests from rights holders will be honored promptly.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PRODEVERSE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY OF MATCH DATA, AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE, OR ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodeverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the profile page (feature pending) or by contacting us.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email when applicable.
